This Return Policy outlines the cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms for all posture coaching products and body habit programs purchased through Biojoint at biojoint.world. We are committed to providing fair and transparent policies that respect both our clients and the professional coaching services we deliver.
Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all posture coaching products offered by Biojoint, including the Foundation Posture Assessment priced at ninety-five dollars, the Four-Week Alignment Coaching program priced at three hundred twenty dollars, and the Complete Body Habits Intensive priced at five hundred forty-nine dollars. Because coaching services are delivered in real time and involve personalized professional guidance, standard product return policies do not fully apply. Instead, this policy governs cancellations, refunds, and session rescheduling for all coaching programs.
Cancellation Before First Session
If you cancel your booking or program enrollment before your first scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any non-refundable processing fees charged by our payment provider. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to team@biojoint.world at least forty-eight hours before your scheduled first session. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within ten business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Cancellation After Sessions Begin
Once you have attended one or more coaching sessions, refund eligibility is determined as follows:
- Foundation Posture Assessment: No refund is available after the assessment session has been completed, as the service has been fully delivered.
- Four-Week Alignment Coaching: If you cancel after completing one session, you may receive a partial refund equal to seventy-five percent of the remaining unused sessions. After completing two sessions, partial refunds equal fifty percent of remaining sessions. No refund is available after three or more sessions have been completed.
- Complete Body Habits Intensive: If you cancel after completing one to two sessions, you may receive a partial refund equal to seventy percent of the remaining program value. After completing three to four sessions, partial refunds equal forty percent of remaining value. No refund is available after five or more sessions have been completed.
Rescheduling Policy
Biojoint understands that scheduling conflicts arise. You may reschedule any coaching session without penalty by providing at least twenty-four hours notice before the scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests can be made by contacting our team at team@biojoint.world or by phone at +16467895612 during business hours. Sessions missed without twenty-four hours notice are considered completed and cannot be rescheduled or refunded unless exceptional circumstances apply at the discretion of Biojoint management.
Program Expiration
Each coaching program has a defined completion window to ensure consistent progress and coach availability:
- Foundation Posture Assessment sessions must be scheduled and completed within ninety days of purchase.
- Four-Week Alignment Coaching programs must begin within thirty days of purchase and all four sessions must be completed within six weeks of the program start date.
- Complete Body Habits Intensive programs must begin within thirty days of purchase and all eight sessions must be completed within eight weeks of the program start date.
Unused sessions that expire due to client inactivity are not eligible for refund. Biojoint will send reminder notifications before program expiration dates to help you schedule remaining sessions.
Coach Cancellation
If Biojoint cancels a session due to coach illness, emergency, or scheduling conflict on our end, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling at no additional cost or receiving a full refund for the cancelled session. We will make every effort to provide at least twenty-four hours notice of coach-initiated cancellations and to offer alternative scheduling options that accommodate your availability.
Dissatisfaction Policy
Your satisfaction with our posture coaching services is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with a completed session, please contact us within seven days of the session date describing your concerns in detail. Biojoint will review your feedback and, at our discretion, may offer a complimentary follow-up session, transfer to a different coach, or provide a partial refund for the session in question. This satisfaction guarantee applies once per program enrollment and does not extend to sessions where the client failed to communicate concerns during or immediately after the session.
Transfer Policy
Coaching program purchases are non-transferable to other individuals unless approved in writing by Biojoint. In exceptional circumstances, such as relocation or extended illness, we may allow program transfer to a designated family member or friend at our discretion. Transfer requests must be submitted before any sessions have been completed and are subject to a twenty-five dollar administrative fee.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within ten business days of approval confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative refund arrangements may be made at the discretion of Biojoint. Please allow an additional five to ten business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your financial institution processing times.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances: completed coaching sessions, digital materials and exercise guides provided during or after sessions, administrative fees charged by payment processors, and sessions missed without adequate notice as defined in our rescheduling policy. Group movement class sessions included in the Complete Body Habits Intensive are non-refundable individually but may be rescheduled once with twenty-four hours notice.
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision made by Biojoint, you may request a review by submitting a written appeal to team@biojoint.world within fourteen days of the original decision. Include your purchase confirmation, session dates, and a detailed explanation of your dispute. Our management team will review your appeal and respond within ten business days with a final determination. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and in good faith.
Changes to This Policy
Biojoint reserves the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to biojoint.world with an updated revision date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your transaction. We encourage you to review this policy before purchasing any coaching program.
